All products sold by Brands Zone come with a limited warranty that varies depending on the brand and product type. For most brands available on our store, including A4Tech, Anker, Apple, Baseus, Lenovo, Logitech, Mi, JBL, Dell, HP, Sony, and others, a standard warranty period of 1 week is provided. Products purchased during sales or promotional campaigns are also covered under a 1-week warranty only. The warranty applies to manufacturing defects and issues that occur under normal usage conditions.
Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must contact our support team within the warranty period from the date of delivery. A complete unboxing video is mandatory for all claims. This video should clearly show the packaging from all angles, the condition of seals, the product itself, and any included items. This helps us verify the condition of the product at the time of delivery. Warranty claims typically require at least one week to process, and customers are requested to wait during this evaluation period.
Replacement and Repairs
Brands Zone offers replacement or repair services for products that are found to have manufacturing defects. If the same product is unavailable or discontinued, a similar or upgraded model may be provided. Products must be returned in good physical condition along with all original accessories and packaging. Exchanges are not accepted for opened items unless they are defective.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in specific cases where a replacement is not possible or an order issue cannot be resolved. For orders placed through Kalpay, refunds are processed directly by Kalpay and may take up to 7 days to complete. For other payment methods, refunds will be handled according to our internal process after approval. Customers may be required to return the product before a refund is issued.
After-Sale Service

If a product is shipped through a local courier after delivery, customers must record proper packing and unboxing videos. Claims related to damage or loss during such transit will only be considered if sufficient video evidence is provided.
Exclusions from Warranty
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, unauthorized repairs, incorrect charging practices, or use of incompatible accessories. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, and issues related to personal preferences such as fitting are not included. Software-related issues, compatibility problems, and inaccuracies in smart devices are also not covered. Water damage, even in water-resistant products, voids the warranty. Products not purchased directly from Brands Zone are not eligible for warranty claims.
Product Inspection and Testing
All returned products may undergo diagnostic testing to determine the nature of the issue. Customers are advised to back up personal data before returning any device, as Brands Zone is not responsible for data loss. If a returned product is found to be non-defective, the customer may be required to bear shipping costs.

Natural disasters, misuse, and negligence are also not covered. Battery performance degradation over time is considered normal and is not included in warranty coverage.
